This is the first guitar G&L has ever done with a matching flame maple back. Visually, it is simply stunning. G&L calls the finish “Aqua Burst”. The double wood binding has a classy appeal and it looks like you can dive right into the top. It plays effortlessly, and is not heavy for a guitar that has a maple top and back. Modern Classic neck shape with 1 11/16″ nut and 9.5″ radius. Quarter sawn neck with a satin finish and glossy headstock. Bone nut and medium jumbo frets. The sound is fat with G&L's own PAF inspired humbuckers. There is a coil tap that allows for even more tone options.
